The Master of Business Administration in Business Studies is designed to provide advanced study for the person interested in developing skills in this specific area. Intended for students desiring a strong concentration in Business Studies, the focus of the program allows the student to gain considerable expertise in the area in a relatively short period of time. Background Courses (16.5 hours)
All students must fullfil the MBA Program's background course requirements. Background courses may be required if your undergraduate degree did not prepare you for current master level courses. Background courses are assessed on an as needed basis after evaluation of undergraduate transcripts. Credit is not given for work or life experience. Grades of C or better must be earned on all background courses whether taken at the undergraduate or graduate level. Grades of C earned on any 5XXX level courses will affect the graduate grade point average (GPA).

Internship
You may complete an internship for three hours of pass/no pass credit, upon completion of three hours in your area of study. Your internship will not count towards your degree and may not be taken your first semester. Please see your departmental advisor for more information.
